    All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return or exchange.
    Customers in the EU and UK: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return. Once approved, you have up to 14 days from delivery to return the item.

    Customers outside the EU and UK: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once approved, the item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging, including any lab report certificates.
    Custom, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return.
    Final sale or discounted items are non-returnable. Final sale items include any item marked as "final sale" or part of a promotional discount.

    - Items showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage
    - Items returned without original packaging or certificates




  • Return Shipping and Refunds

    Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
    We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
    We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure your return is securely packaged.
    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
    Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
