Welcome to Swe Fine Jewelry ("we", "our", "us"). By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service, which are designed to protect both parties and clarify the nature of our handmade, fine jewelry.

1. Our Products

  • We offer handcrafted jewelry made with 18k gold and natural, earth-mined gemstones.

  • All gemstones may contain natural inclusions, which are not defects but authentic characteristics.

  • Products may vary slightly in color, shape, or clarity due to their natural origin and handmade nature.

  • Product photos are for reference; slight variation is expected.

2. Gemstone Certificates

  • For select pieces, we may provide a gemstone certificate or lab report verifying type, weight, cut, and color.

  • These certificates are based on our supplier or internal gemologist assessments and are given in good faith.

  • However, gem grading is subjective, and interpretations may vary by laboratory or country.

  • We do not guarantee that certificates will match identically with third-party assessments or international standards.

  • Swe Fine Jewelry is not liable for differences in gem evaluation by outside gemological services.

3. Allergy & Metal Sensitivity Disclaimer

  • Our pieces are crafted with 18k gold, generally safe for sensitive skin.

  • However, metal allergies vary by person. We cannot guarantee that our jewelry will be free of all allergic reactions.

  • You are responsible for knowing your own metal sensitivities before purchase.

  • Swe Fine Jewelry is not responsible for any allergic or skin reactions.

4. Custom & Pre-Order Items

  • Custom, made-to-order, and pre-order items are final sale and non-refundable.

  • These items may take 14–21 business days to produce before shipping.

  • Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from Yangon, Myanmar. We ship domestically and internationally.

  • Shipping timelines vary by location and courier. We are not responsible for customs delays, courier issues, or force majeure events.

  • International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final unless the item is damaged upon arrival.

  • To report damage, contact swefinejewelry@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order with photos and order number.

  • We reserve the right to determine whether a return, replacement, or store credit is appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, allergic reaction, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from the use of our products.

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

  • Jewelry care and proper use are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Product Care Responsibility

  • Jewelry should be kept away from water, harsh chemicals, and rough handling.

  • Damage due to customer misuse, exposure to perfume, or improper care will not be covered.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including product images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Swe Fine Jewelry. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution & Legal Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in Maryland small claims court or through informal negotiation.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website means you accept the updated terms.
